Our Luxury Holiday Homes are situated adjacent to the world famous Lakes of Killarney, in a courtyard style development surrounded by green areas in Muckross, Killarney. We the owners of Blarney House and Courtbrack House personally manage our own holiday homes ourselves, so you can be assured we strive to provide that extra personal attention to detail, extra comforts and care to all our guests . We use our holiday homes regularily ourselves,therefore we take extra consideration to ensuring your total comfort and we like to provide our guests with the same level of comfort we would expect when renting a holiday home ourselves.

Our magnificent location is unrivalled within the Killarney National Park Area and our proximity to the Beautiful Lakes of Killarney means you won't find a better located holiday home within the Killarney region. Our homes have recently been renovated to a high standard and come fully equipped with Leather Furniture, Reclining Chair, 42" Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV providing over 100 channels including US & UK Channels, DVD Player, all linens, towels, crockery and kitchen equippment you will need.
Our Rooms 
We are conveniently located just about a mile from the centre of the vibrant town of Killarney. Our rooms feature beautiful décor and all the amenities you could need. Blarney House pictured above caters for larger families and groups and sleeps up to 7 people with Master 6FT Superking bed and ensuite, one Double room and one Twin room with both King and Single Beds making our home one of the most comfortable in the village. Courtbrack House caters for smaller groups and sleeps to up to 5 people with Master Queen Size bed and ensuite, one Twin and one Single room .
Electric Heating, Electric Shower, Washing Machine and Separate Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher,Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Coffee Maker and all utensils and crockery provided. Upgraded Free WiFi for our guests use- Our new upgraded system has just been installed for each house exclusive use only , no more sharing of the communal wifi with other village homes ensures a faster speed, more reliabe broadband service for your communication, gaming & business plesaure.
Take a swim at the nearby Aquila Club only 500yds with 25m Pool, Tennis and Pitch and Putt at heavily discounted rates for our guests. Visit the INEC for spectacular entertainment in Ireland's largest National Events Centre again just a few minutes walk away. Excellent Restaurant and Bar on-site and several restaurants all within walking distance. Bike Hire next door to explore the beautiful region.

"We drove Ireland, which was an experience in itself, but once arriving in Kilarney and being greeted by the owner, her place was perfect. With four adult children we had lots of room to spread out. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, the beds very soft, towels and linens superb...it was all that it was represented to be. Perfect site for two night stay as we explored the Dingle pennisula (highly recommend that as well). We cooked in one night and found the kitchen to be very nice and well stocked. Most impressive were the incredible touches Valerie had for us upon arrival - morning pasteries, jams, coffees and teas, as well as a really nice Irish welcome gift. All just made the arrival and stay that much better. Her recommendation for dinner our first night was fantastic. We can't say enough good about Valerie, her service to us, and her residence. Fabulous!! The only negative was we didn't realize how much there is to do and see in Kilarney. We would definitely come back and stay longer. A really neat town and area of Ireland. We'd have no reservations about staying with Valerie again. Ease of transportation, safe, beautiful location. Thanks Valerie for all your touches and kindness afforded to our family. We hope to return one day. "
